  • Guest：Quaint and cozy bed and breakfast with excellent service from start to finish. The rooms are decorated in a lovely manner. The staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. My Italian is not so good so it was relief that they do speak English here. Breakfast is served in a lovely garden every morning, the food is delicious and the amenities are plentiful. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone staying in Massa, Pietra Santa or the surrounding areas. Will definitely come back here next time I visit!
  • Guest：Nice cosy hotel with two lovely ladies taking care of your stay and making sure everything is fine for you. Our room was big, so enough space for luggage and moving around. The bed was comfy, slept well. Bathroom big and well equipped with all you need. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Parking situation - there are some public spaces available for parking around, not directly at the hotel, but if you have a big car- maybe not optimal due to some narrow streets.
  • Guest：We booked directly without any issues. The B&B is in the old part of Massa, minutes from Piazza Aranci and Piazza Mercurio but nice and quiet. The church bells in the morning were heart warming. The room was spacious with a king size bed, a good wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a settee and a table with two chairs. The ensuite was excellent. Everything was clean and towels/sheets were changed every 3 days. We remained 10 nights. Our room was on the second floor, at the top. There are marble stairs and no lift which was not a problem for us. Breakfast was served in the garden or inside. Nice and home made cakes, but one can have eggs, cheese and ham. We liked the espresso. There is no parking in the property but we always found free parking a couple of minutes away. Il Cuore will organise your entry permit for the historical part of the town at no charge. The owner, signora Daniela, and the housekeeper, signora Beata, were always helpful and professional. We will definitely return as it was a very enjoyable stay.
  • Guest：One of the loveliest places I’ve stayed in Italy. The breakfast is the best - homemade cakes, tarts, fresh bread, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and more. All quality products. The dining area is so relaxing and the garden is beautiful. The place felt like home. The beds, linens of quality and the rooms very quiet. Best of all was Babba the cutest little dog who greets you every morning with joy. The B&b is near so many good restaurants and beautiful piazzas. Easy to reach the Cinque Terre by ferry in the summer months as well. I highly recommend! Thank you Daniela and Baeta for being such great hosts!
